these terms and conditions apply to all transactions made on the dollyrockers website.

prices

all prices displayed are in pounds sterling and include any taxes, but exclude any packaging or postage. all taxes or import duties at the destination are the responsibility of the customer.

occasionally there may be instances where the price displayed is incorrect. we are under no obligation to sell at the incorrect price, and we reserve the right to charge, with your consent, the correct price. under such circumstances you may, of course, also cancel your order.

if you prefer, you can also place orders by credit and debit cards over the phone. please call 01954 205045

please state clearly what you are ordering. it is advisable to phone for stock availability. please provide name, delivery address and phone number. please provide a postal order or cheque payable to dollyrockers, including delivery. we will dispatch goods once the cheque has cleared.

paypal

we use paypal for our payments processing, they provide an excellent secure payments service. you can either pay by credit card or your paypal account.

according to paypal security measures, if you have a paypal account and have a particular credit card registered to that account, you will not be able to use that same credit card for a direct card transaction. in that case, either use a different card or use your paypal account. if it is a defunct or forgotten paypal account, please contact paypal who will be able to help. if you experience any problems with paypal, please call their helpline on 08707 307 191. you can also call our helpline on 01954 205045.

out of stock

we update our system daily, but if goods are incorrectly displayed as in stock when they are out of stock, we will contact you with either the option to wait until items are in stock again, or we will offer a full refund or exchange for alternative items.

cancellation and returns

you may cancel your order before your goods have been dispatched, please call us with your order number. 01954 205045

after the goods have been dispatched, you may cancel your order or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt. before returning your item, please contact us by phone with a return request. goods for return must be in an unworn and perfect condition, with all tags still attached and in the original packaging. boxed items (i.e. shoes) must be packaged so the box arrives intact and suitable for resale.

items must be well packaged before returning, and all postage costs are to be paid by you. in the event if goods being faulty, we will refund the postage costs. for your security we recommend sending packages by recorded delivery.

christmas returns

there is an extended period for returns over the xmas period, and for items purchased in december 2007, we will exhange or refund if received by us by JAN 7TH 2008. goods for return must be in an unworn and perfect condition, with all tags still attached and in the original packaging. boxed items (i.e. shoes) must be packaged so the box arrives intact and suitable for resale.

we do not offer refunds on sale items, however we will exchange for different sizes, or alternative items.
