delivery times

we aim to dispatch items within 24 hours, by royal mail first class recorded post, for delivery within 48 hours. but please allow 7 days from when you place your order (particularly during busy periods).

for express delivery, orders received before 12 noon will be dispatched same day, for delivery next day, and orders received after 12 noon will be dispatched next day for delivery the day after.

for delivery outside of the uk please allow up to 28 days for delivery, according to your country's postal service.

we are not responsible for delays beyond our control, but if your package does not arrive within the timeframe specified above, please contact us. we are not responsible for the goods if we are supplied with an incorrect delivery address, and once the goods have been delivered they are your responsibility.

please note that recorded parcels require a signature, if no-one is available to sign for the parcel, it will be taken to the local mail centre. if the parcel is not collected within 10 days, it will be returned. the royal mail have informed us that this can take 4-6 WEEKS, so please don't leave it too long to collect!
